I live in La Jolla, CA about ½ a block from a beach called Windansea and I've never loved calling a place home more

I’ve been coaching full time since 2017, led 2300+ women from all over the world, and we've generated $3M+ in Revenue!!

I worked with Tony Robbins on his team for 1.5 years demonstrating the power of coaching to 1000's including Fortune 100 Executives,

Doctors, Surgeons, Founders and Entrepreneurs

I love to travel - I've been to 36 countries and counting :)

I really struggled with anxiety, depression and addiction in my early twenties which led me into this work

Neville Goddard, Wayne Dyer and David Ghyiam are three of my greatest Teachers

I’m so close to being fluent in Spanish!!

I'm a Virgo, Reflector, Type 8 Enneagram with a Type 3 wing and high I/D

I intimately understand the challenges high performing women face which is why I'm obsessed with this work

I cannot stand cilantro

One of my dreams is to do a TedTalk and speak on stages around the world I believe speaking is a huge part of my dharma

I'm madly in love with my fiancee Conor who is from Ireland and we get married this year!!
